CHILI MUST BE PREPARED FROM SCRATCH AT THE PAVILLION. Judging starts at 2:00pm. Entry fee is $10. Bowls of chili will be sold afterward. All proceeds from the sale will benefit Make-A-Wish. Prizes will be awarded.
